24 to 35 lbs of Premium Angus, a Wholesome Family Farms specialty. Carefully breed for natural marbling, perfect on forage at 18 to 23 months of age. Please note, 1/16 is a sampler size, only offered for a limited time. Not all cuts will be included because there is not 16 of all cuts on a carcass, however this will include a balanced sampling of steaks, savory cuts and ground beef. This product will be available March of 2025
